I have the honour to report that I have
granted to Mr. I. A. Wheal late of the Public Works Depart-
ment a pension at the rate of $661.67 per annum at 38.8d.
the dollar equals £119,9μ.54. with effect from the 5th
August, and that the Crown Agents for the Colonies have
bean instructed to issue payments to him as they become
due.
