It may be arranged for this fee to be collected by the Registrar
of Companies at Shanghai on behalf of the Treasurer of Hongkong.
The section in the draft Companies' Bill would also provide:-
that section 35 of the Companies Ordinance, 1911,

should not apply in the case of China Companies, and
that share transfer duty and probate duty or estate
duty should not be payable in respect of shares in
China Companies.
