The lessees must notify the Superintendent of
TR-O ZI
Botanical and Forestry Department in the event
of their requiring the removal of any trees from
the lot. Such trees will be removed by the
Superintendent of Botanical and Forestry Depart-
ment.
I regret that the original grant of this area was not, owing to an oversight, confirmed by the Secretary of State, I have therefore to refer the whole matter now for your
covering authority.
