necessary and to his satisfaction,
(f). The lessees to pay into the Colonial Treasury the
sum of $25.00 for boundary stones required to define the lot. The stones will be supplied and fixed by
the Director of Public Works.
(g). The lessees to pay to the Land Officer when called
upon to do so the sum of $30 for the Crow Lease. (h). The exact boundaries of the lot to be determined
before the issue of the Crown Lease.
