With reference to your letter of the 2nd, of March,
I am directed to inform you that no definite estimate of the expenditure to be incurred under Clause H of the Conditions on sewers and storm water drains required outside the boundaries of "The Reserved Area" can be made at present. Possibly a sum of $15,000 might be sufficient, but this figure can only be regarded as a guess.

As regards the water supply the cost is put at £30,000 which includes $15,000 for filter beds.

I enclose a copy of a letter, which was addressed by the Chamber of Commerce to the Government, and a copy of the reply which was sent.
