existing leases contain special terms
designed to encourage building, but
if so i.e. if there are leases which
ere of the nature of building lerses
if the site is required for public purposes
In this country, the building/should vest
in the Crom at the expiration of the
lease without any compensation to the
lessee, if nish the lease shd be reused on fair kims for a fenced not in cand ing the only one yours.
3. I should be glad, therefore,
with a view to further consideration
of the matter, to be furnished with
copy of the usual form of lease; and
with particulars of any variations
which may heve from time to time been
made in it.
