With reference to the correspondence noted in
the margin, I have the honour to inform you that it has been brought to my notice that the decisions which were arrived at as the result of that correspondence have not been entirely given effect to in the General Orders, but I desire before taking any further action to submit some of the decisions for your reconsideration.

for a duty pay officer.
(e). A duty pay officer acting for a non-duty pay officer.
