The Chinese Extradition Ordinance, Hongkong, 1889.
Order to bring before a Magistrate a Figitive Oriminal alreadyy
in custody.

In the Poliss Court at Victoria.
To the Superintendent of Victoria Gaol and to all and each of the Constables of the Colony.
WHEREAS His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government, Cleud Severn, Esquire, by order under his hand and seal, has signified to me that requisition has been duly made to him for the surrender of Ohung Hsiu-nan allas Ohung Sau Nam (late of Canton, accused of the commission of the crime :-
(1). Larceny of two choquos value respectively $100,000 and
$50,000 the property of the Government of the Province of Kwong tung, at Canton, on or about the 4th. August
1913.
(2). Embezzlement of $150,000 the property of the Government
of the province of Kwongtung, at vanton, on or about the 4th. August 1913.
(3). Fraudulent misappropriation of two sheques, and the
proceeds thereof, value respectively $100,000 and $50,000, the property of the Government of the Province
of Kwongtung, at Canton, on or about the 4th.August 191 (4). Larceny of a Ledger the property of the Government of
the Province of Kwongtung, at Canton, on or about the
4th. August 1913.
within the jurisdiction of China; This is, therefore, to command you, in His Majesty's name, forthwith to bring the said Chung Hsiu-nan alias Chung Sau Nam (4) before me or some other Magistrate sitting in this dourt, to be dealt with according to the Provisions
of the Chinese Extradition Ordinance, 1889; for which this shall be your warrant.
