(Order by the Governor to a Magistaate to issue his warrant).

WHEREAS requisition has been made to me by Lung Tutu an officer of the Chinese Government for the surrender of Chung Hsiu-nan alias Chung Sai Nam {
) late of Canton accused of the commission of the following orimes:-
(1). Larceny of two sheques value respectively $100.000 and $50,000,
the property of the Government of the Province of Kwongtung, at Canton, on or about the 4th. August 1913.
(2). Embezzlement of $150,000, the property of the Government of
the Province of Kwongtung, at Canton, on or about the 4th. August 1913.
(3). Fraudulent misappropriation of two cheques, and the proceeds
thereof, value respectively $100,000 and $50,000, the property of the Government of the Province of Kwongtung, at Canton, on or about the 4th. August 19137
(4). Larceny of a.Ledger the property of the Government of the
Province of Kwongtung, at Canton, on or about the 4th. August
1913.
within the Jurisdiction of China, Now I hereby, by this order under my hand and seal, signify to you that such requisition has been made, and require you to issue your warrant for the apprehension of such fugitive.
