on the 5th. March 1914 Counsel for the fugitive made an appli-
cation to the Full Court, consisting of the Chief Justice and the
Puisne Judge, for special leave to appeal to the Privy Council,
and attached is a report of the Application (Document No.13).
The Petition of the fugitive is also attached (Document No.14)
Special leave to appeal being refused.
It is now intended by the Counsel to the fugitive to apply to
the Privy Council for special leave to appeal.
