Extract from the Minutes of Meeting of Executive Council held
on the 29th. January, 1914.
Council considered the reports of the Committee of
the Council on the charges made against Lr. Alim Khan, formerly Clerk in the Registry of the Supreme Court. It was unanimously advised that that officer should be suspended and that his dis-
-missal should be recomended to the Secretary of State for the Colonies. It was agreed that a decision should be requested by
telegraph and that in the meantime Er. Alim Fhan should be placed
on half-pay. It was agreed that the Registrar should be called
upon for an explanation of the neglect of the Financial Instruct-
-ions.It was further agreed that similar action should be taken in
respect of any Deputy Registrar who might be shown to have been
responsible.
