Referring to the sixth paragraph of my Despatch
No. 218 of the 21st. June last, I have the honour to recommend that Mr. E. W. Carpenter should be granted a bonus at the rate of £8 a month for the months January to April, 1913, during which period he worked 161 hours overtime in connection with the roads in the
New Territories.
