"Minotaur" at Hongkong,

I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that I

have received from the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty a copy of correspondence which has passed between Their Lordships and the Colonial Office relative to the erection by the Colonial Government of Hongkong of a five kilowatt wireless telegraph station at Cape d'Aguilar.

I shall be glad to afford any assistance, and sug- -est that the Fleet Wireless Officer and Lieutenant R. St. John, R.N., of H. H. 3. "Tamar" should assist in selecting the site and supervising the erection of the station.

I have the honour to request that I may be inform -ed whether it has been decided to accept the Admiralty's offer to take over the station, when erected.
