In the circumstances I most respectfully

General Post Office and under the Government

of Hong Kong is continuos.

I beg to attack a

copy of a letter from Mr.

Secretary Chamberlair (No. 45633/1901) with

reference to this and one adresser by hime to the Governor of Stong Kong

subject.
