General Order by His Excellency the Governor AC, The barracks at West Point being about to be vacated by the Wine of Her 's 55th Regiment now stationed taere in order that the ground in the neighbourhɔnd may belevelled and drained, agreeable to the recommendation of the medical Committees walon nave lately assembled to enquire into tãe cause of the prevailing sickness at that location--His Ex- cellency the Governor is pleased to direct that the barracks suɛll be placed in charge of Captain sdwards, Quartermaster General, anu that, as a temporary measure, establishment of saven Chinese Patchwop stali be maintained
