bare much pleasure in ceritfying that Miss A. V. HENDERSON, M.Á., is a She is in charge of the 1st eacher in the lovergordon Acadewy. Fear pupils of the A.G. Department for English, History, Geography, Latin, and Mathematics. She also assists in their Science Course and Supervises the Needlework of the girls.
Her work in all its departments is marked by method and orderliness. Co the language side her oral instruction is vigorous, While written exercises give evidence of her desire to cultivate in her pupils a true appreciation of literature. On the Mathematical and Science side of the Course her methods are thoroughly up-to-date and Thos as a result the papile seam keenly interested in their work. hunder her tuition some thirty papile are well fitted at the end of each session to take up their 2nd year's Course.
Miss HENDERSON maintains excellent discipline in all her classen. Her ostural Broness, har close attention to details, and the general 1 am arrangement of her work make for this most desirable result. glad to say too that in the matter of routine duties connected with the school Miss HENDERSON has always given me entire satisfaction.
From what I know of her character and ability 1 have no hesitation in recommending her as an able and energetic teacher who will take a true interest in ber own pupils and also in the general welfare of a school.
