I am directed by the Board of Education to refer
to Mr. Read's letter of the 27th February (5608/1913) and to
state that they have decided to recommend Miss Arabella
Victoria Henderson for appointment as Assistant Mistress
in the Hong Kong Education Department. Further particulars
of her qualifications and experience will be found in the
attached papers.
Miss Henderson is required by the terms of her
present engagement to give six weeks' notice.
