the receipt of your letter of the 26th August (No.29004/13)
enclosing a copy of a despatch from the Governor of Hong
Kong relative to the lighting of the Pratas and Paracele
Islands and in reply I am to acquaint you for the informa-
tion of the Secretary of State that the Board have consid-
ered the further information furnished but see no reason
to modify the opinion expressed in the 3rd paragraph of
their letter of the 29th July (H.9442/13) as to the lighting
of the Pratas Shoal. Ico
