With reference to your letter of January 21st
(No.2417/1913) on the subject of the nronosal to nut
330 Chinese seamen on the articles of agreement of the
.S."Talthybius" to be transferred in the United Kingdom
to the S.S."Empress of Russia", I am directed by the
"oard of Trade to state that they would be glad if ''r Secretary arcourt would cause them to be informed what
action was taken at Hong Kong and whether the Chinese
were taken on board the 5.S."Talthybius" for conveyance
to this country.
