I am directed by Secretary Sir E. Grey to acknowledge
the receipt of your letter of the 24th. ultimo respecting
the extradition case of Vicente Sotto, and to state that
he concurs in the action which Mr. Secretary ilarcourt
proposes to take in the matter.

information, a copy of a note which has been received from
