Monsieur le Ministre:-
In continuation of my Note No. 19 of the 3rd of March I have the honour, under instructions from His Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, to notify to His Imperial Japaneso kajeety's Government, in accordance with the provisions of Article 26 of the Treaty of Commerce and Navigation betwean Great Britain and Japan of the 3rd of April, 1911, the adhesion of the following British Crom Colonies and Protectorates to the stipulations of the Treaty in question:

British Guiana.
British Honduras.
Cyprus.
Katt African "rotectorate.
Falkland Islands,
Federated Halay States:-
