YOUR telegram of yesterday: Opium conference.
The Hague, April 22, 1913.
The Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs state that definite date in June for discussion of ratification will not be fixed before the middle of May.
As Austria-
Discussion will be short, and only a few delegates will attend. Hungary, Turkey, Russia, and the Balkan States have not as yet signed, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs think that discussion of ratification will then be deferred until the
autumn.
