Monteith should be removed owing to illness. May I
suggest you will order to be removed to the United
section Kingdom 5th clause of Colonial Prisoners Removal Act,
in capacity of judge on trial in this case strongly
recommend that you will order. Newspaper report North
China Herald June 22nd June 29th last.
