Referring to your Despatch No. 237 of 14th.
August, I have the honour to transmit in triplicate paper of
particulars of pension due to Mr. F. A. Cooper, C.M.G., in respect
of his service in this Colony.
2.
I may mention that Mr. Cooper is not entitled
to any addition under clause 3 (2) of the Pension Minute dated 16th.
October, 1895, (Gazette Notification No. 452 of 1895) because on entering this Service he was not appointed to an office mentioned in
the schedule to the minute.
3.
I should be glad if you would cause the Crown Agents to be instructed with regard to payment of the pension.
