to be calculated to the nearest even dollar.

(d). No buildings of any description to be permitted on the lot except as allowed under condition (e).

(e). In the event of the purchaser desiring to erect any buildings on the lot, he shall be entitled to do so subject

to the approval of the Military Authorities and the Director

of Public Works on payment of an additional premium at the

rate of cent per square foot and additional Crow Rent at

the rate of $49.00 per acre for the areas covered by build-

-ings. The premium to be paid on demand and additional Crown

Rent to commence from date of completion of such building

or buildings.

(f). Freedom of passage to be reserved for the Govern-

-ment and War Department along the River Bank and for this purpose a space not less than 20 feet from High Water Mark (Ordinary Spring Tides) to be left between any works on the

lot and the River Bank.

(g). The purchaser not to dispose heaps of slag or other obstruction on the lot in such positions as would in any way

interfere with any field of fire to the Railway Bridge cross-

-ing the River.

(h). The purchaser of the lot to make his own arrange-

-ments for a water supply.

(i). The purchaser of the lot to make arrangements to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works for disposal of any sullage water from the lot and special care to be taken that no holes are left on the lot in which pools way

be formed.

(j). The purchaser of the lot to pay into the Colonial Treasury within 3 days of date of sale the sum of $5.00 for each boundary stone (No. 2 type) required, the boundary stones to be supplied and fixed by the Director of Public Works.

(k). The purchaser of the lot to pay to the Land Officer when called upon to do so the sum of £30.00 for the
