Section 1 of the Ordinance is formal.
Section 2 of the Ordinance repeals Section 77
of the Principal Ordinance and re-enacts it in the form
necessary to bring it into harmony with the altered
arrangements made under the provisions of the Criminal
Procedure Amendment Ordinance, 1913.
