Transfer
of Land for Mount Davis Battery.
With reference to previous correspondence in January!
last, bearing your office No. 1 in 134/1906 -
1. I forward herewith a plan showing the area of land
required for lount Davis Battery. This has now been surrounded by
a fence, and is clearly delineated on the ground.
2. The area is found to be 50 acres 2 roods 21 poles,
and if you concur in this area, I should be obliged if you would
prepare the necessary memorandum of transfer for signature.
