Mr. Walker's servicestlanded byer a period of
years, during which time he was principally engaged on Water and Drainage Works. He acted on several occasions as an Executive Engineer and was promoted to that rank about 6 months ago.
He was a capable, painstaking and conscientious officer and performed his duties in a very satisfactory manner. I regret his loss.
