Hon. Colonial Secretary,
I have consulted with the deptain Superintend-
-ent of Police, and he agrees to the following scheme from
1st. January, 1914.
European Constaples.
-
To be taught on Mondays and Tuesdays from 6 7 p.m.; and on Wednesdays from 2.30 3.30 p.m.
Indians.
Place of Instruction.

To be taught on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from
6 - 7 p.m.
Queen's College.
(a). One English laster on $50 per mensen; he will teach the Europeans, and keep an eye on the discipline of
the Indian Classes on Mondays and Tuesdays.
(b). 2 Lasters from the Indian School and Ali Bux (one
of the present teachers) will teach the Indian Classes, drawing $12.00 per mensem each. On Thurs-- -days, the evening when the English Master will not
be in attendance, the Captain Superintendent of
Police will see that a Jemndar or Sergeant liajor is
present to assist in maintaining order.
Sergeant Kent's duties, as now, are confined to marching
the men to class and back.
The cost will be as at present except that the Senior
English Master will drop out of the scheme, making a saving of
$900.
