We beg to forward a letter dated 12th. instant and signed
by the leading firms of Solicitors, Architects and Land Agents
whose clients are interested in property at the Peak.
We desire to add to the general Statements in the letter
that clients of ours are desirous of spending several hundreds of thousands of dollars in developing certain of the older lots
but we cannot advise them to do so unless the Government make the
old leases renewable.
