In reply to your Despatch No. 119 of the 2nd. May, I have the honour to inform you that after consulting the Director of Royal Observatory and the Executive Council, I am of opinion that it would be desirable for this Colony, when the pro- -posed wireless station is installed, to adhere to the suggested
International Convention.

I have no alterations to suggest in the draft statutes, which appear to be suitable for the proper working of the Commission.
