I am afraid we must reply that the Agreement has now
been replaced by a formal Agreement signed 14 June
which will shortly be published here. It contains
the same terms plus a clause providing for period
which is subject to one year's notice on either side. Say he can announce substance of Agreement
Reply accordingly after getting F.0. concurrence
privately.
