Sir,
I have the honour to forward copy of a report
by Police Inspector Kerr giving particulars concerning the rescue
from drowning of a Chinese servant named Tsu Fuk by lir. G. W. Sewell
chief cashier and book-keeper in the firm of Messrs. Deacon, Looker,
Deacon and Harston, solicitors; and to recommend that ir. Sewell's
conduct should be brought to the notice of the Royal Humane Society.
I enclose in duplicate the usual form required by the Society to-
-gether with a statement by an eye-witness Major A. C. Ralph, of
the oth. Rajputs.
