Title Apothecary, must be a member of the Pharmaceutical Society and have passed the minor examination of that Society.lot over 27 years of age. Single, and must remain so while on probation.Able to take charge of the hospital Pharmacy.Shall be under the orders of the Principal Civil Medical Officer.
$300 rising to £360 yearly by two triennial increases of £30.

Free first-class passage to Hongkong by stean- -er other than mail, and from Hongkong at end of three years if conduct satisfactory and agreement terminated.

The Registrar of the Pharmaceutical Society, 17, Bloomsbury Square, London,W.C.,would help in the selection of a suitable applicant. The person selected should be sent out so as to arrive in Hongkong before let.September, 1913.
The person sent out must agree to serve for 3 years, after which if the Government desire to retain his services he may be taken on to the permanent staff. Incase of his leaving of his own accord or on dccount of dismissal before the termination of his agreement, the passage money paid for the voyage to Hongkong must be refunded. If taken on to the permanent and pensionable establishment his salary will be subject to a deduction of four per cent per annum towards the Widows & Orphans fund and the right to a free return passage to England will be cancelled.
