I beg respectfully to call the attention of your inspector
to the places above quoted.
These places have recently used for gathering & distributing
human hair, which are quite illegal according to the Regulations of
Hongkong and bagides are very contrary pertaining to hygiena,
I may mention (for the inmates of 1st & 2nd floor of No. 53
✯ 55) that these hair flown to every part of the house especially the
verandah, cubicles, and kitchens where foods are to be cooked and
sometimes these hair are found to be among the cooked food and rice
which is a great nuisance to the inmates living therein. This
annoyance we have suffered for the past one month.
