On Wednesday the 23rd April 1913.
Between 9 and 9130 A.K., I found
Mr. Xavier waiting when I arrived
He complained to me on behalf of
his wife, on his own behalf.
I understand that he said that his
wife had been grossly insulted by
Mr. Bullin, by an Inspector he
described him.
