into the conduct of the Sanitary Inspectors generally, and

that Your Fetitionor was not in any way touched or affected

by the results of the inquiry: and was not called on before

the commission.

19.

Your Petitioner therefore prays that the Secretary of

State for the Colonies may be pleased to re-instate him in

his position as Sanitary Inspector on the grounds that -

(a).

Your Petitioner was not allowed to be properly

represented.

(b).

That the charges against Your Petitioner were not

proved and are in fact untrue.

(c).

That a copy of the evidence as revised by the witnessed in the absence of Your Petitioner or his representa-

tive has not been supplied to him.

(a).

That Your Petitioner has not been given any facilities

in laying his case properly before you.

And Your Potitioner as in duty bound.
