I regret to inform you that in April last it
became necessary to take proceedings in Executive Council against Mr. Joseph A. Bullin, Sanitary Inspector, upon the grounds set out! in the enclosed letter of the Colonial Secretary dated the 30th.

(b). Letter of 8th. Lay addressed by the Colonial
Secretary to Mr. Bullin:
(c). Report of the Comittee of the Executive Council
appointed to enquire into the charges of
misconduct brought against Lr. Bullin.

I considered the case in Executive Council on
the 29th, way, all members being present, and the Council was of
opinion that lir. Bullin should be disissed from the Service. I
have the honour to recommend accordingly that kr. Bullin be dis-
-missed.
