Works. Permission to be further granted for the erection of a brick archway over the path on the North side of the temporary bridge, subject to the design and con- -struction of such archway being subject to the approval
of the Director of Public Works.
(1). Permission to be granted to the lessee of Inland Lot
1355 to obtain from the nullah referred to in (i) a supply of water; all matters in connection with the position, construction and arrangement of any intakes in the nullah being subject to the approval of the Director of Public Works. Such permission to be subject to the following conditions;-

(i). None of the water to be used for potable pur- -poses or for such other purposes as the Medical Officer of Health may consider it un-
-suitable for.
(ii). None of the water to be sold. Any water
abstracted from the nullah to be used within the boundaries of liarine Lot 239 and Inland Lot
1355.
(iii). The nominal sun of $1 per annum to be paid
annually in advance into the Treasury in respect of each intake as an acknowledgment of
the encroachment.
(iv). Permission to be subject to cancellation at any
time on 3 months' notice in writing signed by the Director of Public Works in the event of the water being required for any public pur- -pose or to immediate cancellation in the event of the foregoing conditions not being complied
with.
