(1) The extent and bearing with Tuz N of the site
required for a Marconi single way station at Hong Kong may
be taken as that shown for the Transmitting Site on the
attached blue print. The Receiving site shown on the blue
print, which was made out for a duplex station, would not
be required.
The Power House and Operating buildings would be at or near the centre of that edge of the site which is closest
to Singapore.
There would be a row of masts along each of the longer sides of the site, and the length and breadth of the site shown on the blu print allows room for the
necessary stays.
The residential buildings for the staff could be situated inside the limits of the site.

In approaching the question of suitable sites for the station, the local climatic conditions in relation to the health of the European Staff should be carefully borne in mind, and, in considering the suitability of local supplies of water for domestic purposen, regard should be paid to the possibility of having to provide temporarily for the requirements of a military foros of say 250 officers
