Proposed addition to the Pension Minute of Hongkong.
In the event of an Officer disregarding the provisions
of this rule or of the instructions of the Secretary of State in
that behalf, the Governor-in-Council shall have power to suspend
the pension of such officer for such period as the Governor-in- -Council may deem proper.
