Item (d). A sum of $10,000 has been included to cover
any additional small contingent works which may be found necessary.

Subject to your approval of the excess under item (b) I shall be glad if the enclosed indents for the necessary pumping machinery and mains over which the excess is distributed
may be transmitted to the Crown Agents for execution.
4.
No additional provision beyond the amount included in the Estimates will be required for this work during
the current year.
