GOVERNMENT HOUSE,

I have the honour to report that I have granted

to Chief Inspector H. G. Baker of the Hongkong Police a pension

at the rate of $1,086.53 per annum at 3 s. 8 d. the dollar equal

£199 3 11 with effect from the 10th. April, 1913, and that

the Crow Agents for the Colonies have been instructed to issue payments to him as they fall due.
