I have the honour to revert to my letter of the 3rd. February, 1913, forwarding the evidence taken at the trial of one Ibrahim who was convicted at the November Sessions and sentenced to death by me on the 16th. day of December, 1913.

I then informed Your Excellency that I had respited the death sentence for a period of three months to enable the prisoner to apply for leave to appeal to the Privy Council.

Application has now been made to me to grant a further respite for three months for the reasons stated in an affidavit which I forward herewith and I have felt it my duty to accede to the application. I have at the same time intimated that there should be no further delay in prosecuting the appeal.
