C.O 13173
An action was commenced in the Supreme Court in its
DAY 21 APR 131 Original Jurisdiction on the 19th. November, 1912, by Marconi's Wireless Telegraph Company, Limited, against Compagnie des Messager -ies Maritimes and P. Lancelin, Commander of S. S. *Paul Lecat"
for:-
(1) Damages for the infringement of six Letters Patent
granted in Hongkong, which the defendants are alleg -ed to have infringed on the 18th. and 19th. days of November, 1912, by installations of Wireless Tele- -graphic Apparatus on board their steamer the "Paul
Lecat" within the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court,
Hongkong.
(2) An injunction
(3) An account of the profits
(4) Delivery up of infringing articles or apparatus.
The defendants entered an appearance on the 20th.
November, 1912.
The Plaintiffs, owing to their place of business
being outside the jurisdiction of the Court, were, on the 6th.
December, 1912, at the instance of the defendants ordered to give
security for costs in the sum of $1,500, and it was further order-
-ed that until such security had been given all further proceedings
should be stayed. The Plaintiffs have not yet given security and
no further steps have been taken in the action.
It is impossible to say when the action will come on
for trial, almost certainly not within the next 6 months and quite
possibly not within the next 18 months.
26th. March, 1913.

Registrar.
