After arguments in Full Court and on further applica- -tion for habeas corpus and motion in arrest of judgment I sentence the prisoner to death and respite the sentence for 3 months with the view of enabling the prisoner to apply for leave to the Privy Council to appeal on the legal points raised and in
the event of such appeal to the Privy Council being heard until
His Majesty's pleasure be known.
