Regulations made by the Governor of Samoa relating to Chinese to be put on the same legal footing as other foreigners
residing in the Islands.
Chinese living in the Samoan Islands are to be treated as foreigners (non-natives) under paragraphs 4 and 7 of the Imperial Government Gazette 9th. November, 1900, page 13. The regulations to be in force at once.
