I have examined the accompanying Ordinance entitled
"Am Ordinance for effecting the final revision and amend- ment of the Ordinances of the Colony from 1844 to 1912 inclusive bofers incorporating them in the New Revised Edition of the Laws of the Colony. *
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions,
