Dear Sir John Struthers,
Mr. E. Ralphs, Second Master in Queen's College, Hong Kong, is anxious to be transferred home aft, as his wife's health will not permit of her living with him in the Colony.
Mr. Ralphs was born in Sept., 1872, and was appointed Junior Assistant Master at Queen's College in 1898. It was promoted to be Normal Master in 1908, & became Second Master the following year.
The Director of Education reports favourably on Mr. Ralphs.
