Dear Madam,
Thank you for your letter received on the 28th instant.
I entered the Army Nursing Service in October, 1906.and
left May, 1907; my reason for leaving being that there was 30
little nursing to do. I did not like the work altogether. To
my knowledge no testimonials are given on resignation from the
Army Nursing Service.
From July 1907 to Noverber 1907 I did private nursing in
Yarmouth (at Miss Warne's Nursing Home.)
From December 1907 to September 1908 private nusing at
5, Mandeville Place, London.
From November 1908 to May 1909 Naval Bursing Service at
I left here and nursed my sister for three months;
when I did holiday duty at Bournemouth General Hospital.
Haslar.
I trust this will prove satisfactory, and shall be glad to
know if I am to leave England at the end of July.
I beg to remain,
Yours faithfully,
(Sgd) Winifred L. Everingham.
